You Will Need:
3 oz white butter
1 tablespoon Garlic
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup imported Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup imported Romano cheese (grated)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
How to Make It:
- In a saucepan, sautee the garlic and butter over medium heat. Cook it for 1 minute and stirring occasionally.
