Yields: 4         Ready in: 10 Minutes

You Will Need:

3 oz white butter

1 tablespoon Garlic

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup imported Parmesan cheese (grated)

1/2 cup imported Romano cheese (grated)

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

How to Make It:

  • In a saucepan, sautee the garlic and butter over medium heat. Cook it for 1 minute and stirring occasionally.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients to that pan. Stir occasionally until the sauce begins to simmer. After it is ready, remove from heat.
  • Serve the Alfredo sauce over your pasta.
