1 large head of cauliflower (very end of stem trimmed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce (low-sodium)
1 teaspoon ginger (finely grated)
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons water
Pinch of sugar
1 green onion (finely minced)
- At the first step, you have to heat your oven to 400 degrees F. Meanwhile, cut your cauliflower lengthwise, including the stalk. Cut it into ¾-inch slices. After that, place it on a large baking sheet. It may be a bit difficult to cut in this way for the first time or even several times, so it is ok if the slices overlap a little bit.
