Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Recipes

Chicken is so popular among us. It is inexpensive, easy to cook and very tasty. In addition it has so many benefits to us. Chicken is known as natural anti-depressant, and high in protein. Eating chicken also prevents bone loss, boosts the metabolism and many other benefits. The best part of a chicken to cook is its thighs and it will be better if the thighs are boneless and skinless. Let’s work on these boneless skinless chicken thigh recipes.

  1. Boneless Skinless in the Oven


1 pound boneless and skinless chicken thighs

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

4 garlic cloves (minced)

Dash of red pepper flakes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil


  1. Heat your oven to 425F and season the chicken with salt and pepper. You can also add some olive oil.
  2. Make a baking sauce by combining a couple tablespoons olive oil and about 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar along with 1 teaspoon brown sugar, teaspoon Dijon mustard, 4 garlic cloves, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss the chicken with your baking sauce and spread the chicken in the baking dish.
  4. Bake the thighs for 20 minutes then remove the chicken and rest the meat, covered for 10 minutes.

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

¼ cup flour

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

4 garlic cloves (minced)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl and add chicken, shake to coat.
  3. Shake off excess flour. Place pieces in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  4. Mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic and seasonings in a small bowl.
  5. Pour it over the chicken, cover and bake it 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover them and bake for 15 minutes further, basting with the sauce occasionally.
