Baked Pork Chop with Potatoes Recipe

One of Americans favorite foods is pork chop. It is not only tasty but also has some benefits to us. Pork chops are high in protein, B vitamin, and zinc which are the body needs. Pork chop can be made by several methods but here we are going to show you the baked pork chop recipe with potatoes. Let’s get started then.



  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown or white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


  • 4 pork chops or around 200g/7oz each including bone
  • 800g/ 1.6 lb potatoes (small potatoes), for the larger ones cut it in half

  1. At a first step, preheat your oven to 200C/390F for a fan forces/convection or 220C/430F if you are using a standard oven.
  2. Toss your potatoes in oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter it on baking tray and place in oven for 15 minutes.
  3. It is time to work with your pork. Mix the Rub Ingredients together in a small bowl. Then, slather the pork on both sides with the Rub, reserving some Rub for basting.
  4. Take the tray out of the oven and place pork on it. Bake it again for 10 minutes.
  5. Then, remove tray from oven, spoon over reserved rub on the surface then bake for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Take the tray out of the oven again and flick to grill on high. To make flavor and color, use a brush to get the golden juices off the tray and dab it onto the pork.
  7. Pop the pork under grill for several minutes until golden.
  8. Scraping the juices on the tray over the pork and garnish with parsley if you want and it is already to be served.
